Chocolate Protein Pancakes


  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or oat milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Coconut oil or cooking spray


  1. In a blender, combine the oats, banana, protein powder, egg, almond milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup, and blend until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly coat with coconut oil or cooking spray.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  4. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  5. Serve the pancakes with your choice of toppings, such as fresh berries, nut butter, or Greek yogurt, for a delicious and protein-packed breakfast.
